Tineke set up her own agency and organised the annual Dutch Broadcasting Conference on behalf of Broadcast Press as from 1993. She also provided support to business clubs for broadcasting and telecommunication.
After that, she worked for FourM Executive Search for almost twelve years, first as Search Executive and then as Office Manager. Tineke switched to Purplefield Investments in September 2009, where she is responsible for the day-to-day activities as Office Manager.
