FRESHPORT

Freshport is a veterinary inspection station at Schiphol Airport. It was established in 2003 and is involved in testing veterinary products arriving from outside the European Union, such as meat and fish, vaccines, bovine semen and ornamental fish.
Freshpoint has been a joint venture with Vitus Capital, established by Alain Willemsen, since November 2009.
Together with Vitus Capital we invest in `traditional´ Dutch companies in the lower-middle segment. The cooperation between Purplefield Investments and Vitus Capital is based on active shareholdership aimed at generating added value for the participating interests we acquire.
