Since 2009 Purplefield Investments has been engaged in acquiring majority and minority interests in both national and international businesses. Our open approach means that we do not limit ourselves to specific sectors. For us it’s all about having confidence in management and their expertise. After all, the people - and the question of whether Purplefield considers the proposition attractive - are key. Our goal is to play an active role as shareholder by working closely with management to build attractive, solid businesses whose ambitions include long-term independence.
